S.A AUTOPARTS is a motor spares which offers an extensive range of new & used OEM (original equipment manufacturer), as well as aftermarket vehicle spares and accessories.

By visiting our site and/ or purchasing from us, you engage in our terms and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions of service, hereinafter referred to as “Terms”.

These Terms apply to all users of this site, including without limitations users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants and/ or contributors of content.

Only access the website and/or use any services if you agree to the Terms.

Any new features or tools which are added to the current store shall also be subject to the Terms The most current version of the Terms can be viewed here at any time. We reserve the right to update, change, replace or delete any part of the Terms by posting updates and/or changes on our website.

We advise you to check this page periodically for changes. Continued use of or access to the website after changes have been posted, constitutes acceptance of said changes.

Any use of optional tools offered to you through the site is entirely at your own risk and discretion and you should ensure that you are familiar with and approve of the terms on which tools are provided by the relevant third-party provider/s.

 

PAYMENTS via Third-Party

This site uses a third-party external payment portal option available to all customers. Where a customer elects to make use of these payment methods, he/she understands and accepts that service chargers may be applicable. Any payment shortfalls or additional charges shall be for the account of the customer against those service providers.

 

SA Autoparts shall not be liable for discrepancies in payment or additional charges levied in transactions when customers make use of the third-party payment platform and services. SA Autoparts shall not be liable for improper use on customers credit cards and debit cards. The customer is liable for all payments made by them via all available methods on this site.

 

ORDERS

Orders are subject to availability and receipt of payment.

Orders placed will be processed and usually shipped within 3 to 7 working days and delivery confirmed by way of booking [Number / Voucher / ID etc]. This time frame could change without notice, but we will notify you that there will be an unfortunate delay.

Should a product be out of stock, you will be notified and offered a suitable replacement, an option to wait a few more days or a complete refund.

Customers can opt to collect orders directly from our physical store situated at: 43 Halt Road, Elsies River, Cape Town, or have it delivered.

 

PLEASE NOTE: Confirm that your order is ready, as collections can only be made during normal trading hours, once we have prepared your order

 

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order/s placed. We may, at our sole discretion, limit, restrict or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order.

Restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address.

In the event that we alter or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time of order.

 

 

POLICIES REGARDING REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

·         Electrical parts cannot be returned for neither a refund nor exchange.

·         Electrical parts are guaranteed by the manufacturer.

·         All correctly supplied goods are not returnable for neither a refund nor exchange.

·         No claims will be recognized without an Invoice / Receipt.

·         No claims for parts will be recognized after 7 business days.

·         Goods returned are subjected to a 20% handling fee if agreed by management.

·         Goods returned must be unused, in original packaging & in a re-sellable condition.

·         If accepted for credit, a credit note will be issued.

·         Special orders, Buy-outs, lay-buys and deposits are neither refundable, nor returnable for exchange.

·         Used / second-hand items are purchased at own risk.

·         S.A AUTOPARTS will not be liable for any transport costs, labour charges, downtime, loss of income and any other loss incurred due to product failure.

·         Batteries carry a manufacture warrantee only.
